Our Classes

01

Infant Class

At Little Scholars Academy, we understand that infants are constantly learning. Every time they hear a new sound, they want to know where the sound came from. When they look in a mirror, they want to know who is staring back at them. With our curriculum, infants learn these skills and many others throughout the day as they play and develop.

02

Toddler Class

Toddlers have individual personalities. We help to develop our children from tenderfeet to extraordinary brainiacs.

We offer a program tailored for toddlers and their development. Early childhood development is critically important. At Little Scholars Academy, our experienced teachers and staff help facilitate this period of learning, and that’s what separates us from traditional child care facilities.

The curriculum focuses on six areas of development:

Cognitive, Language, Emotional, Fine Motor, Gross Motor and Social Skills.

03

3 Year Old Class

We understand that children are very active. They are on the go and their natural curiosity prompts them to constantly explore. Our Pre-K 3 program will participate in sensory-based learning experiences while receiving positive, nurturing guidance from highly qualified teachers. Throughout the day, children interact with their peers and teachers in small and large groups. They have the opportunity to learn and to discover in our developmentally appropriate learning centers, as well as outside in the neighborhood age-appropriate playgrounds.

04

Pre-Kindergarten Class

The Little Scholars Academy childcare is a tight-knit community where we prepare your growing 4 year old child for kindergarten. Our curriculum is designed around monthly themes with hands-on activities. Children learn math, science, vocabulary, and social skills. We understand that 4 year old's are eager to learn new things. They are enthusiastic to make new friends and are able to do many more tasks independently. We take all of this into consideration when developing the curriculum. Our educators always deliver the most comprehensive learning and supportive care possible.
